Penn Jillette is a world famous actor, author, and television personality. Without question, he’s best known as the vocal half of Penn & Teller.

Recently, he gave his fans an opportunity to connect with him through a platform called Cameo.

So, I reached out to Penn through Cameo with a question:

“Asking for a friend: What do you think of libertarian activists concentrating their efforts in one, low-population state with a pre-existing, pro-liberty culture? I’m thinking New Hampshire. Signed, the Executive Director of the Free State Project.”

During Penn Jillette’s response, he revealed,

“If COVID actually kills Vegas, I’ll have the opportunity to move to New Hampshire…. I know a lot of people in [the Free State Project]…. It’s a good idea. Let’s see where it goes!”

What’s more, Penn has shown his faith in humanity. For instance, during a 2003 interview, Penn Jillette offered some words of wisdom:

I believe that people are really, really, really good, and that the number of people who do actual bad things is so insignificantly small, that we don’t need to treat everybody as criminals just to stop them.

 

Yet people are so scared – a lot by the media and a lot of incorrect knowledge. They think they are some sort of one good person surrounded by all these bad people, and they’re actually one good person surrounded by a lot of good people.
